(1/5) We built a home in San Pancho and paid Viurban well over $50k. Several doors have warped and they forgot to install a threshold. These problems cause our house to flood when it rains and allow critters into the house. We have begged them to fix these problems and offered to pay for new doors. They promise to come out to fix but never show up. We’ve called countless times and have visited their offices many times. They are very good at lying.

(5/5) Excelente opción. De principio me rehusaba a cambiar el aluminio pero la diferencia es bastante. Tanto la temperatura, como el sonido se aíslan de manera impresionante. Hay una amplia gama de acabados que elegir para todos los gustos.

(1/5) We spent over $1,000,000 pesos with Viurban when we built our villa in Nuevo Vallarta and our Restaurant in La Cruz. Originally the owner insisted we pay everything upfront which I did.We have been trying for years to have them service our sliding doors to no avail.Three weeks ago we had a break in and the robbers broke the frame of our large sliding doors. We asked Viurban to come fix it, they said they were too busy. We called over multiple times and even spoke to the owner. We physically went over and asked. Nothing.These guys truly are too busy to help top paying clients for maintenance, or in times of a crisis... like when our house was broken into.Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys. Once you pay them in full up front and the windows are installed you will never hear from them again.

(1/5) Buena calidad de ventanas, sin embargo no existe peor servicio de posventa para cambiar y arreglar las que se han ido de desgastando. Llevamos 9 meses marcando y llendo físicamente al lugar y no nos ayudan. Si alguien pudiera recomendar a alguien, se los agradecería.
